We ask you to notify us if your flight or the train you are traveling on is delayed, so that our driver will automatically move the pick-up time at no charge to you. If, however, it is not possible to notify you, we will wait for you up to a maximum of 90 minutes without applying additional costs. In case of higher waits, a rate ranging from 10 to 30 euros per hour will be applied.
